Really Big Prints 2025 at the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum has rolled to a close. 37 artists from all over the mid-west printed their blocks this year. The weather was mostly cooperative, and extremes were mitigated by the 20′ x 70′ tent set up on Hamilton’s back lot. There was a steady stream of spectators watching the printing and exploring the museum, many for the first time. Really Big Prints is a collaborative event and could not happen without the support of our participants and community.
Many thanks to our sponsors, Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry, and Explore Two Rivers and our partners, the City of Two Rivers, the Rahr-West Art Museum, and the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum. Really Big Prints would also like to thank the volunteers, and Hamilton staff who helped and a special thank you to Mike Timm for his careful and patient driving of the street roller.
But, its not over yet! The 2025 prints will be installed at the Rahr-West Art Museum in Manitowoc from August 2- September 18. Install pictures will be posted here. The prints then move back to the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum for the 2025 Wayzgoose.
